Public Interest Disclosure Act

The Department of Community Safety recognises the critical importance of protecting persons who make public interest disclosures, previously referred to as Whistleblowers. To support this principle, the Department has developed and introduced policies, procedures and practices to ensure the protection of its whistleblowers.
